Job Opportunity: Loan Manager – Virginia Community Development Fund (VCDF)
Our partners at the Virginia Community Development Fund (VCDF), the lending affiliate of VCDC, are hiring a Loan Manager to support their mission of advancing affordable housing and community development across Virginia and beyond.
This full-time, hybrid position will be based in Richmond, VA. The Loan Manager will work closely with the Loan Fund Director to originate and process loans, strengthen lending processes, manage portfolio compliance, and foster community partnerships. VCDF is seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, equity-driven, and committed to supporting mission-aligned lending and community development initiatives.
